On February 2, 2018, Sichuan Province Limited Broadcasting and Television Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Broadcasting and Television") "Ping An - Sichuan Broadcasting and Television Supply Chain Finance No. 1 ABS" project (hereinafter referred to as "the ABS project") was established on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This is the first ABS in the supply chain with poverty alleviation significance, which has been highly recognized by the exchange. The issuance scale of this ABS project is 273 million yuan, of which the priority is 258 million yuan. The ABS project is rated AA+.

 According to the spirit of the Central Government's reform of the cultural system, based on the integration of the province’s broadcasting and television network assets and the reform and innovation of the radio and television network management system, Sichuan Broadcasting and Television is a joint-stock company established by 118 sponsors of the province’s broadcasting and television system. It is a state-controlled large-scale cultural enterprise in Sichuan Province and the largest local radio and television network operator.

 Tahota Law Firm is a special consultancy law firm of Sichuan Broadcasting and Television, providing legal services for the establishment of “Pingan-Sichuan Broadcasting and Television Corporation Supply Chain Finance No. 1 ABS” in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and relevant provisions of the Exchange. The law firm should conduct due diligence on the underlying assets of the accounts receivable from Sichuan Broadcasting and TV to the supplier that was included in the special plan, draft transaction documents related to asset securitization, issue legal opinions, and work actively with the intermediary agencies such as Ping An Securities and New Century Ratings.
