2025-02-08 Views:1382On January 15, 2025, at the 2025 General Meeting of Lao Chinese Chamber of Commerce held in Vientiane, Tahota Vientiane Office officially entered into a legal advice service agreement with the Lao Chinese Chamber of Commerce, becoming the sole legal partner of the Lao Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
This cooperation not only marks the further deepening of Tahota’s international legal services, but also contributes to the legal force to promote the China-Laos Economic and Trade Cooperation and the connectivity under the “Belt and Road Initiative”.

Zhang Tianyi, Director of the Tahota Vientiane Office, attended a signing ceremony and gave a speech on behalf of the Tahota Vientiane Office. In the speech, he reviewed the establishment course of the Tahota Vientiane Office and the experience in serving the Economic and Commercial Office and Consular Section of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Laos, and numerous China-invested enterprises and major China-invested projects in Laos in the past 10 years. He also introduced the future demand-oriented, specialty-based, efficiency-oriented service ideas for win-win cooperation for the Lao Chinese Chamber of Commerce, as well as pre-oriented legal risk prevention, daily legal consultation and regular compliance inspection, dispute resolution and emergency legal services, efficient consultation and support, special legal services, and long-term cooperation mechanisms.
The Tahota Vientiane Office will give full play to its professional advantages as a legal service agency and protect and revive business by law, drive China-invested enterprises in Laos to practice the win-win cooperation idea of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, help member enterprises to maintain sustainable global development, and escort Chinese enterprises to establish a good image in Laos, for the purpose of escorting the Lao Chinese Chamber of Commerce to carry out various assignments.
At the coming of the snake year in the lunar calendar, to commend and care for our compatriots who are working, studying and living in Laos, Tahota Vientiane Office was invited to participate in the greeting activities of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Laos, and was personally received and greeted by Ambassador Fang Hong. The Tahota Vientiane Office, as a volunteer of the consular protection and assistance work of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Laos, has consistently provided legal support to the Economic and Commercial Office and Consular Section of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Laos, provided legal assistance to overseas right protection of Chinese citizens, and contributed legal wisdom.
