Our lawyers being shortlisted in the Panel of Arbitrators of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center)
As recently reviewed in the Second Meeting of the Fourth Commission of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center), the new Panel of Arbitrators and Panel of Mediators will be executed from August 1, 2021, and the new arbitrators and mediators will be employed until April 30, 2026. Tahota's senior partner and partner, i.e. lawyer Yang Jianhong and lawyer Liao Ming, were shortlisted in the Panel of Arbitrators.

Sailing in High Winds of Greater Bay Area ｜ Tahota Law Firm Officially Settled in Guangzhou
On February 18, 2019, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a major national strategy personally planned, deployed and promoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping, while Guangzhou acts as an important element in this strategy. Seen from the satellite view of the world at night, the lights shine resplendently from Guangzhou to Shenzhen and extend to Hong Kong and Macao.

Dr. Yang Ling, Deputy Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and Chief Representative of Shanghai Representative Office, Visited Our Firm
At noon on May 17, 2021, an exchange seminar themed “The Operation of Hong Kong International Arbitration Center and Its Rules and Features” was held in Tahota Chengdu Office. Dr. Yang Ling, Deputy Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and Chief Representative of Shanghai Representative Office, was invited to the seminar. Hosted by our partner/lawyer Zhou Yarui, the exchange seminar had many special guests present, including Ms. Zhuang Wenmin, the Board Secretary and General Counsel of Honghua Group, Director/Lawyer Yang Jianhong of Tahota Hong Kong Office and Lawyer Ma Chunyan, the person in charge of the International Business Department of Tahota. More than 30 partners and young lawyers of Tahota actively participated in the conference and actively communicated with Dr. Yang.

Recently, Dazhou Investment Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained the Reply to Dazhou Investment Co., Ltd. on the Ratification of Issuing Corporate Bonds to Qualified Investors from China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Notice of Acceptance of Registration for the mid-term notes from National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. The company has been successfully approved to issue corporate bonds to qualified investors and registered the 2020 first mid-term notes!
